COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine

Study Background

Following the COVID-19 pandemic it is recommended that people continue to receive booster doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to prevent infection. It is also recommended that people receive a yearly influenza vaccine.

This study is researching an investigational COVID-19 vaccine which is co-administered with the influenza vaccine. This would allow for more efficient immunisation against the two conditions. In this study you will either receive the flu vaccine and the COVID-19 vaccine together or receive the two vaccines one month apart.

Study Details

The study would require you to come to the clinic for approximately 4 visits over a 6-month period.

Visits will range between 15 mins to 90 mins each time you come in. Over the course of the study, we will check your medical history, draw blood, and will give two injections one month apart. You will also need to complete a diary over the course of the study.

You will be reimbursed for your time and expenses related to the research study.
